It is important that you carefully read the terms, conditions and reservation policies, keep in mind that with the information provided we comply with informing our clients about the service we provide.

1. PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS



a) Reservations can be made through the Web, Email and / or Telephone.
b) For the reservation, a deposit of approximately 20% is requested (the necessary amount and the means of payment will be indicated), for the purchase and / or services necessary for the realization of the tour.
c) Once the user has confirmed with their agreed deposit, the services or spaces available will be separated and the reservation form will be sent via E-MAIL so that the user can fill in the requested data.
d) The remaining balance will be charged at the agency's offices, payment may be made in cash or by card.

2. CANCELLATIONS



a) In case of cancellation of operations, the amounts paid for the report, administrative expenses, stamps and interest will not be reimbursed, however in case the visitor cannot travel, his reservation will be left open so that he can reschedule his trip.
b) In the case of withdrawal that affects services firmly contracted by the agency, their reimbursement will be subject to the contractual conditions under which the respective companies provide their services. In all cases of reimbursements, the agency may retain the price of the expenses incurred plus the commission of ten percent of the services contracted with third parties.
c) A NO SHOW is considered a visitor who does not appear at your service and 100% of the rate will be charged without the right to claim or refund.

3. PRICES INCLUDE



a) Accommodation in the hotels mentioned in the itineraries or others of the same or higher category, occupying single, double, triple rooms, etc. According to the chosen rate, with private bathroom and taxes.
b) Entrance tickets (Total or partial according to the type of tour), Bus tickets (when necessary), Tourist Train Ticket round trip (according to the agreed one).
c) Meal regime as indicated at each opportunity.
d) Visits and excursions that are mentioned. Transfers to and from airports, terminals and hotels, when indicated .
e) Bilingual travel guide (English, Spanish) on each tour.

4. SERVICES OR ITEMS NOT INCLUDED



a) Extras, drinks, laundry, tips, boarding fees, service fees, VAT and other current and / or future taxes, or any service that is not expressly indicated in the service order issued by the travel agent.
b) Stays, meals and / or additional expenses or damages caused by cancellations, delays in the departures or arrivals of the means of transport, or for unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the company.
c) Food en route, except those that were expressly included in the programs.
d) Expenses and interests in credit operations

5. RESPONSIBILITY



a) The company expressly declares that it acts as an intermediary in the reservation or contracting of the different services linked and included in the respective tour or reservation of services: hotels, means of transport or other providers.
b) The company is not responsible for events that occur due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, climatic phenomena or events of nature that occur before or during the development of the tour that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the total or partial execution of the benefits promised by the company.
c) The Visitor, hired the service, must present himself and use the agreed services; otherwise, the provider may require the user to pay the full price or established fee.
d) The Visitor declares that he knows and fully accepts these conditions, which constitute the sole, total and exclusive agreement of any pact or legal provision to the contrary, regarding the terms, conditions and restrictions of the contracted services.

6. ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS



a) The company reserves the right, for technical or operational reasons, to totally or partially alter the daily arrangement and / or services that make up the tour, before or during its execution.
b) Unless expressly stated otherwise, the stipulated hotels may be changed for another of the same or higher category within the same urban nucleus at no charge to the passenger. Regarding these variations, the passenger will not be entitled to any compensation.
c) Once the trip has begun, the suspension, modification or interruption of the services by the passenger for personal reasons of any kind, will not give rise to any claim, refund or refund.

7. LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF PERMANENCE



The company reserves the right to make any passenger leave the tour at any point in the tour whose conduct, way of working, state of health or other serious reasons in the opinion of the company causes danger or inconvenience to the remaining travelers or may damage the success of the excursion or its normal development.
